The Herb Project: The goal is for a supply of Sage, Basil, Cilantro, and Dill to be available. I have mastered Rosemary, Flat Leaf Parsley, and Basil in pots. Having fresh herbs for recipes will be such a luxury. Pumpkin/Ricotta Ravioli with a Sage and Brown Butter, Fresh Tomato and Basil over pasta…..
After delays from fire ants and hornets, the project is progressing again. The herbs are in the ground and the bug that decided to make a meal out of my basil is dying a slow, but satisfying death.
